So come on then,
What's the fishies opinion on the UKIP's new logo ?
Does it infringe the premier leagues lion logo ??
I can't post a photo because I don't know how 🙄
But I am sure some one will shortly.

My opinion is no it does not , although there is a similarity I guess.
BUT... a lion is a lion ffs !
Maybe British eggs, the queens coat of arms and the cowardly lion from wizard of oz to name a few should all be sued !

Ps hope we put out a team of lions tomorrow
I live in hope more than expectation unfortunately 😐

Just googled it and it does look like the Premier League logo. Which is fitting if ironic. Fitting because both organisations are blots on contemporary life. Ironic in that one campaigns to reduce the number of foreigners working here, and the other seems to encourage the opposite.

Through the door there came familiar laughter,
I saw your face and heard you call my name.
Oh my friend we're older but no wiser,

I grant you the Premier League is more about media frenzy and money these days, but it is still a football competition.

I don't mind Roy Keane making £60,000 a week. I was making the same when I was playing. The only difference was I was printing my own - Mickey Thomas

The area you are trying to protect at corners is the goal - Chris Kamara

I once said Gazza's IQ was less than his shirt number and he asked me: What's an IQ? - George Best

UKIP are about as useful as a chocolate fireguard, now their only objective, BREXIT,  has been achieved (kind of!). UKIP followers aren't generally the brightest tool in a picnic.

Most national badges are to do with the coat of arms.

So what have the lions on the coat of arms got to do with England? Or the unicorn on the royal coat of arms?

I suppose it’s a bit cooler than using a badger or a vole or something.

If Skrill (see his comment above) is anything to go by, I think TJL is spot on!

Yes, I was fishing a bit. He probably never existed but, if he had, he never visited our sceptred isle. Or Catalonia or possibly Georgia and Croatia (I think). He's the slut of the patron saint world. Everyone has had him.

Wasn't he Libyan or Turkish (or at least from either what is now Libya or Anatolia - the latter might explain the Georgia link)?

He was damn well born and bred in Hackney, heard one day that a dragon was after torching a poor princess tied up in Surrey or somewhere similar. He rode out on a unicorn, through the dragon fire and chopped up the dragon into kebabs, well known story.
Saying it isn't true is akin to burning a fiver or drawing a porntache on a stamp, hanging offence in our street.

I was there, the day Bradley Wood scored a 35 yarder!

From the black and white striped shirts
To the fish in the sea
You'll hear us singing
Coz we are Grimsby.

You won't hear us crying
But you'll hear us shout
Coz we are the Grimsby
And this is our chant.......... Grimsby! Grimsby! Grimsby!
