Any recommendations for me, my fiancee and our 2 year old?

Looked at the usual spain for a week with Thomson for around £1400 next September.

Just wondered if anyone had good places to recommend for little one?

Just came back from Corfu with Jet 2 holidays. Roda Beach Resort.

Their animation teams and kid clubs run all day long from 9 -9 ish and beyond even. Check them in as much or as little as you want. Beach there is also very shallow so good for kids.

If you're not bothered about guaranteed Sun, you can't beat the British seaside. September should be quieter and cheaper and on the south coast still quite warm. In fact the sea water will be at its warmest.

Some of those coves in south Cornwall are good cos they're sheltered, calm, and have rock pools to explore.

Through the door there came familiar laughter,
I saw your face and heard you call my name.
Oh my friend we're older but no wiser,

We've just got back from Madeira, beautiful island, great for families and there's always the Ronaldio museum to visit in Funchal. Well worth visiting, my second year in a row visiting and already planning our next visit next year.

Cable cars in Funchal
Lido's for family swimming
Great restaurants and coffee shops
Clean and friendly
Open top bus trips in Funchal and Madeira
Hill walking on Madeira is fantastic too

Grimsby and proud!

North Devon our boys love on a sun holiday, try to go on one once a year, always a play park on site and obviously beaches etc. Not to mention theme parks, zoos, indoor play areas etc.. Twitchen house is the best I've been to so far.

I've heard very good things about Croatia from a few friends including those with young kids. Never been there myself, however.

Croatia's good for sun. Nice warm sea (in summer at least). Not so sure about activities for tots, but there are sandy beaches.
