I know there's a thread but I wanted to keep the details of the match separate from the Fenty debate:

The game will kick off at 7:15pm on Tuesday night, taking place at St Christopher's in Humberstone.

We have managed to secure floodlighting for the game which will prevent any concerns about the light.

We also have Bar Bubbles down who will be serving craft beers and prosecco from their converted horse trailer.

In addition to donations 'on the gate' we will be selling raffle tickets for a variety of GTFC related prizes.

So far we are heading towards £1000 raised - before costs. But we still want more.

The more we raise and the more people attend on the night the more we can highlight our boycott after the game and show what it means to the fans.

If you are planning to attend, please download a ticket from this website - it will allow us to accurately log our attendance:

https://internet-mariners.yapsody.com

Alternatively , if you can't attend but would like to donate then please go to:

https://www.justgiving.com/crowdfunding/checkourtirade

All donations are appreciated large or small. If you have any items you would like to donate to the raffle, please message me.

Finally, if you feel like the club may be financially hit by the boycott then please do purchase something for the club shop - non of us want a struggling GTFC!

Thanks again for all of your support so far and over the coming days.

Biggles, this is a fantastic thing you and the other organisers are doing. It deserves a lot of publicity not just Town and Donny but across the country. I'm sure it'd inspire others to do the same.

Another thing that makes me proud to be a Mariner.

Through the door there came familiar laughter,
I saw your face and heard you call my name.
Oh my friend we're older but no wiser,
For in our hearts the dreams are still the same.

We are trying Kingston

It has been retweeted by Stand magazine, the FSF and was also covered by various local newspapers such as the Telegraph, Clee Chronicle and Doncaster Star.

We also had a little bit of coverage in the Daily Mail too - as the League 2 heroes of the week.

Hopefully our example will lead the way for other clubs mind.

To add to the above we will also have a raffle drawn on the night.

Prizes include tickets for the Mansfield game and a selection of ales.

They will be available to purchase during the first half, with the prizes drawn straight after the game.

If anyone has any prizes that they would like to donate it would be appreciated and will all go straight into the charity pot.

True fans will be at Blundell Park, supporting their Club. If you feel that you need to protest, do it with the EFL, don't hit your own club. I think you'll find that other clubs have caught on that the premier league aren't interested and have stopped protesting. Hopefully the penny will drop  . . .  eventually.

I don't think you've been paying much attention to the rationale given for the boycott and the fans' match have you?

Put simply, the boycott is in the long term interests of the club.

DO NOT FEED THE TROLL.

The wife was going away for a girly weekend.
I jokingly remarked  'I don't know whether to spend it watching porn or watching football'
'you may as well spend it watching porn' she replied
That's understanding darling what makes you say that? I asked

She said 'Well you already know how to play football'
