A 4231 formation as this 4141 just ain't working. ..

McAllister

The two central midfielders I think should be changed and I know McAllister is hardly up to speed but had bits of action so could start and I think Clements is a better pick that berrett.

Osborne should be given his chance in defence as Clarke has looked a bit slow and his pace should be used along side Collins..

The three behind Vernon should give us more pace and attacking intent than a 4141 ..

If we actually try to pass the ball then I think a 4231 would suit us. However, if we're going to persist with the goods, we might as well go with 2 up front.
