Of course you can nominate him,  It's a wonderful thing is free speech.  
However, I would question the wisdom of someone that thinks that being honest and an inspiration makes somebody a twit !!!

It's for all staff, of which there are a lot at that building.  Workplaces should be encouraging active travel, whatever you think of Jeremy Hunt's politics.
