Hi all

Can anyone suggest any help please

I appear to have lost my stub from last night's game

Can anyone advise me on what to do as I was planning on exchanging it for a ticket to Saturday's match

If anyone can help I'd be very appreciative

Not sure you can do that for Saturdays game, you can for the return game only as far as I know,

Ring the club and try and prove you bought a ticket and see what they say.

Any GTFC supporter who has a counterfoil for last night’s match can:

• Visit the ticket office from today and exchange their counterfoil for tickets for the rearranged game on 22nd August 2017

• Visit the ticket office for a full refund, providing they have a valid counterfoil

• Visit the ticket office and exchange for the Coventry City home game this Saturday

Please note that those wishing to receive refunds/exchanges must produce their stubs in the GTFC ticket office.


As for not having your stub then you might be struggling I reckon. Did you use a debit or credit card to buy your ticket for last night? If so then you can show them the transaction on your statement which you could print off online.

I payed on the gate in the ponny and never even got a ticket stub I told Steve wraith and he gave me a compliments ticket for next game.

I'm going to ask my friend who purchased the ticket for me to ask the ticket office when he goes in/calls them to claim his refund.

He bought them on his card off the website so hopefully we'll be able to get it sorted

Guy who's house i'm working at paid for 2 tickets on his credit card for him and his mate but only one stub survived. He took his receipt in today and was refunded for 2 tickets, but they were on the system anyway, so i don't think he needed his receipt.
