Until recently I have had no problem playing videos from my MP/ifollow account, but suddenly the playback no longer works. Please can someone/anyone advise me what has happened and how I can restore access? My subscription is still current and the site still recognises my login and password.

Are you using Internet Exporer to access the internet?
I found it doesnt seem to work on that, so used Chrome and all works fine.

My advice would to not message them at all, I've contacted them 3 times with no reply

My advice would be to delete flash asap.security risk.
