Reading between the lines (his trial appears quite extensive) and chatting to someone at the club, I'm expecting him to be our second keeper - any thoughts?

First time watching him yesterday when he came on for the second half. As with the others, it's difficult to judge against weak opposition but the one thing i did notice was his constant talking and organising of those in front of him. He seemed very confident and vocal but was largely untroubled.

dallied on one back pass and was close to being charged down but otherwise sod all to do.....i think even Llloyd Griffith could have kept a clean sheet yesterday.

Needs to be good enough to challenge McKeown to be the starting goalie.

No idea if he is good enough, but happy to trust RS & PW.....they'll have seen plenty of keepers in their time.

My opinion is we need a GK who is good enough to be a number one if needed as James McKeown has never had a proper challenge .

Dean Henderson came in and was number one for a bit but now James has no competition so hopefully whoever comes in will really push him .

You have to be careful though.

I'm lead to believe that Henderson returned to Man U coz someone really pushed him

The wife was going away for a girly weekend.
I jokingly remarked  'I don't know whether to spend it watching porn or watching football'
'you may as well spend it watching porn' she replied
That's understanding darling what makes you say that? I asked

She said 'Well you already know how to play football'

I heard it was the coach

Through the door there came familiar laughter,
I saw your face and heard you call my name.

Nice to see a player graft and work hard instead of sitting back and letting an agent or club try find him

One year contract with the option of another year if Grimsby Town wishes to take it, that's  according to Russell Slade's video interview after the Barnsley game.

Looks like Killip approached Grimsby Town. In Killip's video interview, he mentions contacting Paul Wilkinson to see if the club needed an extra goalkeeper, having known him from being at Norwich.

From the age of 7-years old he spent 10 years at Chelsea! in the youth sides, probably had some of the best coaching available to him in the world.

From what I've heard of the kids set-up at Chelsea, probably not. They hoovered up that many kids far and wide and didn't do very much. Heard better things down this way about Palace and Fulham.
