Some might know this, but for those who don't Exeter have demolished their away end (not before time) and they are replacing it with the old away stand from Barnet's The Hive, where we were during our 3-1 win there when we invaded Barnet with inflatables.

I hate open away terraces, so this is a very welcome move. It's not nice getting soaked to the skin and then having to travel home, like I did from Exeter in the early 90's.

Liked the stand at barnet when we went for the inflatables! Was very very loud

I'd rather stand out in the open than a tin animal hut .

Having said that I did sit on the back row of the seats at Exeter last season and can thoroughly recommend the view .

It would seem to be an improvement Les, I assume the stewards are not part of the deal?

Very happy about this, hate the away end. They're also getting a new side stand and getting rid of the really old scabby grand stand.

Off topic with Exeter, has anyone else notice at BP they have took away the benches well the huts what go over the bench
