Sports Scientist based in Hartlepools-doubled up as Peter Sellers stand in for the Pink Panther films. Later ridiculed for his suggestions of changing the Red Arrows blue and having 50% of the pilots from minority communities. It was a toss up between an ex Premiership striker or Mr Roberts--welcome Owen.
