I convince myself that we have to be clinical and brutal but then I watch that and he seems aboslutely heartbroken  and I just think 'Give him a 3 year contract'. He's been a great player for us and a great leader but more importantly he seems like a really decent bloke. Sure there is something out there for him and obviously if he reads this then thanks for everything and all the best.
