If fit Macallister may get a game or part of the game. RS has said he will try to have a look at as many as possible, especially those who have contracts with us.

Why are people picking Comley in their starting eleven? He's not our player and I'd be disappointed to see him here next season. Too often goes missing in games and he's slow in thought and deed when in possession. Looked okay when he joined but has gone backwards in my opinion.

Looking forward to a brighter future now Fenty has gone.

I agree. similarly with Dyson, I know he has done well recently but I wouldn't have thought there was much chance of him being here next season, also I doubt Vose would be here either.

If possible we should play without loanees, particularly Comley who was signed as an injury replacement for McAllister in the first place. If any of the loanees have expressed an interest in staying next season, that would be a different matter.

Whats is there to learn in playing a back four of proven players, its a match where adjustments have to be made to enable Slade to judge what he has in a match day scenario.

That highlights one of our main issues, a one paced midfield, I.e. Slow

Ahhh the old Christmas tree formation. Has this ever been used in the real world since Terry Venables?

It will be a simple 4-4-2:

McKeown
Mills Collins Boyce Andrew
Yussuf Berrett Jones Bolarinwa
Asante Vernon

He is going to rotate the squad but I think Berrett and Vernon will have staked a claim on Monday. Jones was signed as a midfielder so I think he will want to see him in midfield and Yussuf has been played out wide elsewhere.  He may be seen as a potential Gary Cohen type player?

I'd go for:
      mckeown
mills pearson collins(c) andrew
        clements
osborne disley   berrett
   dyson  sjones.

Bench; boyce djones vose bolarinwa asante vernon yussuf

Mcallister is an interesting one - has he written off this season or is he just unlucky not to feature so far under Slade? Ditto Gowling.
Until an earlier post i completely forgot maxwell, but wouldnt play him or comley at all. Doubt Slade interested in either.

If any of the loanees play tomorrow, we can assume RS is giving them a once over with maybe a view to signing..

Yussuf has played wide in a front three elsewhere and with the names you've picked, that's nearly a 4-0-6!

What Garth said but in a 4-4-2, Jones in midfield, Asante and Vernon up front.
