Its just worrying me because hurst stabilised this club and we had a backbone of players who'd been here a long time and love the club and our transfer policy was good and we were well ran and sensible, thought from
Bignots time at solihull we were ready to continue that good work and that we'd see this season as a succesful one make a couple of signings hope for a chance of the playoffs but be happy with midtable, bignot would asses and then build on that for next season in a way he saw fit to take us to the next level.
Instead its like he's come in like a grenade, style of play completely gone, transfer policy gone mad, we bought like everything was wrong and we Were in a relegation scrap. Just worrying because theyve already hinted they wont be spending in the summer, and the emotional scars from the past make me worry we'll fall back into the cycle of manager starts a season with no budget, does badly, gets sacked, give new manager lots of money to make short term minded signings to escape relegation, and repeat

Got to stay calm and we have to stay with Bignot until the end of the season. I have certainly not enjoyed the Bignot reign so far and so no real method in the way we play. Luton was a bit better last week. Apart from that pretty dire. Osbourne looks a good player , I have not been impressed with Clements and looks like a downgrade on Dis and Sommerfield to me. Early days I guess but I would be very nervous if we did not have a few points on the board as we do look a very poor team now. Hopefully an honest interview to come but this does feel shocking UTM

I feel the interview will be wasted on about what happened with the fans etc.
Rather than the real issues of formation. Fitness etc


The wife was going away for a girly weekend.
I jokingly remarked  'I don't know whether to spend it watching porn or watching football'
'you may as well spend it watching porn' she replied
That's understanding darling what makes you say that? I asked

She said 'Well you already know how to play football'

Surely the players have to take the responsibility for being 4-0 down in less than half an hour?

Perhaps Bignot was too late making changes, and history will show ultimately if he will be a clown or a hero for us, but how can the same 11 as last week start so badly?

When we kicked off I thought an unchanged team was promising, as I thought that might be virtually the first time this season?
