That was some Roy of the Rovers scripted stuff,very crazy ending to the match where he gets to be the hero that saves the game and a point.

Like I've said on another thread the one thing you get from Macca 100% effort every game.
He was great today 👍


In his three stints as Grimsby Town manager spanning over 10 years the club was never relegated and he also guided them to three promotions.
Only 14 managers have reached 1,000 matches in charge of a Football League team by 1998 and Buckley is one of them.

Bignot went over and shook Maccas hand, second only to Warrington. He then appeared to applaud the fans as Macca was getting his cheers which I thought was a nice touch. Pleased for Macca.
