I don't think anybody correctly predicted Stevenage last week.

So Luton Town home Saturday, can we do the double? Evidently Luton are a good team, it'll be tough, and without Bogle, hopefully the others can find enough goals, lost our top goalscorer but on paper we have signed more goals from elsewhere.

Usually teams that lose at home, win or draw away the following week.
But on this occasion 2 1 to us

Bad feeling, we're at home and without our only threat all season so 2-0 to Luton.

3-1 .
Everything seems to click in to place , rave reviews will follow regards new signings and how they could easily do a job in the premiershite.
We no doubt will make at least 3rd place if not 2nd auto spot but all this will go t!ts up after the 5-0 drubbing away at Crewe the following week.

Roll on Newport... they are bottom so we will easily get a result there......wont we ? 😉
Anyway UTM 😂

In his three stints as Grimsby Town manager spanning over 10 years the club was never relegated and he also guided them to three promotions.
Only 14 managers have reached 1,000 matches in charge of a Football League team by 1998 and Buckley is one of them.

It's a bit much for those from Grimsby to judge Luton as a 'shithole at the end of the universe' is it not? Both towns much derided.

Say you're gonna drive from Luton to the match tomorrow, park down Daubney street and walk to BP from there and you're gonna be thinking...'yeah, Luton is a dump. Nothing at all like this place which reminds me of Cannes'.

If we don't win 3 - 0 we will loose 3 - 0.

This is possibly the hardest prediction for a long time. I am excited about the potential our new signings, but devastated with the loss of two match winners.

Onward and upwards #UTM

When I was doing the fixed odds I won regularly by picking the team that lost at home to draw the next away game.
