Can we claim (a week on) that this sacking is down to us?

all i can say is...MASSIVE club...its shocking they are in the position they are in given the resources at their disposal and the world renowned reputation of the town as a central hub of everything in the universe. Something just doesnt add up

Oh dear Podge and even Toto, I hope you are happy there now...

How long before he finds his locker?

Through the door there came familiar laughter,
I saw your face and heard you call my name.
Oh my friend we're older but no wiser,
For in our hearts the dreams are still the same.

I believe that's where the problem lies.  A bit like Moysey going to Manure. Managing a club steeped in success and history is always a difficult ask.  When you get it right, it's brilliant.  But the hangers are going to be so demanding that the pressure is on from the start.  They would be expecting to reach at least round 1 of the FA Cup and a finish above the bottom 10 of league two. I'm sure the crowds would be pushing 3000+ once the success comes back.  Not sure if I really do believe the rumours about them tempting Fergie out of retirement, but surely he must be tempted ?? !

The wife was going away for a girly weekend.
I jokingly remarked  'I don't know whether to spend it watching porn or watching football'
'you may as well spend it watching porn' she replied
That's understanding darling what makes you say that? I asked

She said 'Well you already know how to play football'
