Nice to read comments like this from opponents after all the bad press our fans often get.

Seem like they have the same problem as us in that the atmosphere at home games is dead.

Hoping Marcus will change all that see also the comment further down somebody put a so called fan was waching a prem match on his phone rather than the match WTF.

Be tempted to throw the phone away.

They've struck me as a decent bunch throughout the years, good to see the amount of praise for us on their board.
I'd be very happy to see them accompany us to League 1

Praise for us but what about Plymouth, their support is fantastic, over 10K.

Supporting the Mighty Mariners for over 30 years, home town club is were the heart and soul is and it's great to be a part of it.

I couldn't believe the transformation of their ground inbetween visits the last time we were there years ago... went from a derelict tip worse than BP to a mint, and sizey, modern stadium.

I might be wrong but think their attendances have shot up with the change, from perhaps 6k to 10 or more(?)

Would be nice to imagine a new ground for us having a similar effect.

It's funny, but it's a normal response when your team get gubbed good and proper, to say that the home were awful. It totally detracts from the efforts of the other team - us - and is symptomatic of a club's fans being in total denial.

No attempt at ethical or social seduction can eradicate from my heart a deep burning hatred of the Tory party. So far as I'm concerned they're lower than vermin. Aneurin Bevan.

But Scunthorpe doesn't have a big catchment area, and they all follow Liverpool, Arsenal or Man Utd, and a lot of them are non UK citizens, and there's an orange smog that hangs over the town, and there's an eggy smell, and the ground is on the outskirts, and it's difficult to get to but other than that, yes their support is excrement  .

Also praise for Omar Bogle from Martin Allen ( Barnet Manager ) ahead of their Tuesday night game against Plymouth

When Leeds trainer Les Cocker was once told Norman Hunter had broken a leg, he asked: “Whose is it?”

Yes I saw this on channel 5 last night, managers are really taking notice of Omar and I bet he is on a lot of clubs 'radar'.

Allen came across quite well on tv last night considering the stick he seems to get from our fans

That being the case I hope Bignot issues a hands-off warning within the next 4 weeks or so. The January transfer window could prove to be a calamity otherwise
Him already being friends with Marcus before he arrived is a bonus to us!

Sophie gets it!

When you said Sophie gets it, at first I thought you were being, erm...appreciative of her looks.

Besides, I think the Disney version of MB and OB is more like the one between Mufasa and Simba myself.

Through the door there came familiar laughter,
I saw your face and heard you call my name.
Oh my friend we're older but no wiser,
For in our hearts the dreams are still the same.
