You'd think he would get a new cap now he is head honcho. Watching that, i'm wondering if he will make any significant changes to the team and/or formation, or just stick with what we've been doing so far and play it safe?

The cap must be from his playing days ginny.
I guess the uncertainty is showing at the training ground, most of the players don't look like they are enjoying the training session.
