I've just been watching Look North and the paving in Town centre is to be removed and replaced with tarmac this weekend.

I've just heard that North East Lincolnshire council have said that there will be no cost to the taxpayer.

My question to North East Lincolnshire council is..if there is no cost to the tax payer who is paying for the paving to be removed and tarmac to be laid?

What a waste of money and time that paving was, it was always doomed from the minute it was laid.

Grimsby and proud!

My question would be ...
What is happening to those blocks ( reportedly costing £9.00 each )
Whos going to benefit from that little deal ?

If they are doing it over one weekend I suspect they might be tarmac-ing over them!

I would of put more trust in Jimmy saville babysitting the kids then a Labour Council running the town.

Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime. Promise a man someone else's fish and he votes Labour.

Well how wrong could I be? Surely questions must be asked?
