I thought for a minute there that they had named the Cleethorpes Council Building in honour of Mr Buckley.

While at Scunny he escaped from a serious road accident with a squirrel ,

You have got to laugh apart from feeling sad for the squirrel.

Ah, you beat me to it!  Any Viz readers from yesteryear out there who remember 'Grassy Knollington; Conspiracy Theorist'?!!  Even if the content wasn't always up to it, some of the character names from Viz had me cracking up back in the day.

Only the other day I showed someone the old Skegness poster that Viz did; anyone who has seen it will no doubt have the same affection for it as me, but I'll not be posting it on here as it's a bit 'industrial'..........

Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day, teach a man to fish and you give him an excuse for him to escape from the wife and kids for the weekend and drink lots of beer.

It sure was.  A quick Google search brings up said poster in t-shirt and mug format; well worth a purchase!

Or Parker Knoll, as at least seating would be more comfy during the thrill of 4-5-1 at home

The squirrel would do a better job.

Steady on Forza. You're making a mountain out of a knoll.

Through the door there came familiar laughter,
I saw your face and heard you call my name.
Oh my friend we're older but no wiser,
For in our hearts the dreams are still the same.

LOL

What made it worse was, the squirrel was at the top of a tree at the time.

Thought it was Alan Knott....always a good, safe pair of hands.

No attempt at ethical or social seduction can eradicate from my heart a deep burning hatred of the Tory party. So far as I'm concerned they're lower than vermin. Aneurin Bevan.
