I also hope two u23 teams make the final. would be rediculous and hilarious at the same time. also think if they did they shold donate the 'winnings' to whichever normal club they knocked out in the semis or quarters (providing they did)

Norwich's U23's seem to be a decent team having won 6-1 and 5-0 at Peterborough and Barnet respectively in their 2 games so far.
