Just listened to his interview post Crewe. Again he has given a very honest assessment of the game and maintaining a level headed approach to where we are currently.

Ive been impressed by Pauls post match interviews this season. You can really tell he has less weight on his shoulders this season. His comments have been honest and balanced and when watching him on MP his whole demenour has improved from previous seasons.
