If I have got this right,

It will take one year for the stadium to be built but it will not be ready for three years,

So that's another two years of Defraitas and the nimby's moaning on about it,

I think I will hibernate for the next three years and wake up when the stadium is open and ready for our 1st game,

I might even buy a season ticket.

At our age and state of health Pete can we afford to hang about?

Extreme Group were actually formed in 2000 so aren't really 'new boys on the block'

mr fenty is listed as a director of 5 companies, none of which are topcon or construction related

If a new company is formed to run and own this new stadium what will happen to the existing shareholders, and will the LOANS be paid back to those involved. Will we then if this happens require a new board , chairman ," majority shareholder" etc. If it is a new company will existing staff including players be made redundant. As far as companies go nowadays the directors appear to be able to do whatever they like If this is the financial success that is expected who reaps the rewards? I have my guesses .

Is Blundell park freehold, if so what would the land be worth for building. I note land near Chapmans Pond has been used for new houses. A few million £'s I would presume.

I would imagine the cost of demolishing Blundell Park has to be taken into account though.

When Leeds trainer Les Cocker was once told Norman Hunter had broken a leg, he asked: “Whose is it?”

OKay sorry to point out a non positive thing whilst we are all high on this stadium news.

BUT if Extreme Sports are here for the PR as many suggest they are WHY is there NOTHING on their website in the news section and NOTHING on their twitter feed.

Everyone knows that these are basic starting points.  If they were there for PR they should have been using this news as self promotion tool and a tool to promote the venture itself, WHY NOTHING????

This is really basic stuff I would expect the club to get right, which they appear to have done, and therefore would definately expect EXTREME SPORTS to get right, think I'll put my application in now!!!!

I think there was a figure bandied about a while ago of less than £1,000,000.

I've never heard it mentioned but Osmond and Main Stand apart would there be any resaleable value on the stands? I know in the distant past stands have been sold on.

EDIT:- The scrap value for all the ironwork must be quite substantial

I'd pay a pretty penny for any timber from the main stand. It'll be top quality compared to the crap on sale now.
