I was going to wait until after the final of the Euro's before I announced this but due to recent events I though the time was right now.

I will be starting a new Fishy Pontoon Buster game from the first weekend of the season and on this occasion will (with the blessing of The Mariners Trust, who I usually donate the money to)  I will be donating the usual 25% to the fund set up to help Graham Holness and his family with the expenses that they will incur during Graham's treatment. Having spent the best part of 3 months in Hull Royal Infirmary myself I know how much of a strain the financial side of things can put on an already awful situation with hospital visits and outpatients appointments etc.

I have re-randomised the 116 teams in the top 5 Division of English Football. Entry will stay the same as last year at £10 per team which will cover the whole course of the competition (usually around 7-8 weeks) and entry can be made either via Paypal to lesbrechin@hotmail.com or by direct bank transfer. My details are still the same as last time but if anyone wants to know them just PM me. You should also include 3 numbers for your 1st, 2nd and 3rd choice of team and this will be the random team allocated to you.

These are the rules if you are unaware of them.  The winner will be the first team (or teams) to score EXACTLY 21 goals, if you go over 21 then you are bust and out of the game. Only games played between Friday and Monday count. If your team plays twice in this period, only the first game counts. If for any reason your team does not play then you score a default 2 goals. Also, in case of any game being abandoned you will also score a default 2 goals, unless more than 2 goals have been scored, which will then be the total that counts.

There will also be a lowest score prize will be won by the team (or teams) with the least goals when the prize is won and there is also a prize for the team that score "nil" on 3 successive weekends. If you win the "3 nils" prize, then you cannot win the lowest score prize too, but you can still win the first prize.

I will accept entries up until 6pm on Friday 5th August when I will announce the amount of the donation to Graham's fund and the 3 prizes.

Any more questions just ask.

I'll put you down Mark, if you don't win on the Sweep then you can either drop the money into me at work or I'l probably see you before the start of the season.
