A very good player for this level. Welcome aboard. Squad is really taking shape now. Just another 4 or 5  maybe to go. Lets get some finishers to put away the chances this team looks like it can provide. Some good signings got me thinking about our putting a flutter on promotion. Bet365 only quoting 10/3 for promotion (20/1 title winners). Pretty short odds for a newly promoted side in pre-season.

If that's the case then a starting midfield of Summerfield and McAllister holding with Berrett sat in front of them could be very, very good. Not to mention Disley will always be steady and Vose could operate in that position or further wide. In the space of a week we've got a very solid squad from having most of our players reject contracts. Certainly I can't remember the last time we had such an abundance of riches in the centre of the park?

Not enough creativity or goals from there but I'm hoping all these new players will fix that, though I admit I know nothing about any of them. Seems a long time since some were bemoaning the departures of Clay and Arnold.

Wouldn't surprise me to see Davies being captain more often than not BUT I always believe we are better off having 4/5 leaders out on the pitch
