Of the four sides in the play-offs Village Green least "deserve" to be in the Football League because they don't represent a town of sizeable population. Dover have been right down to the Ryman South before working their way back to this level. They've got a decent set of fans. Let's hope they have a day out at Wembley!

Yeah we just order the league positions by population. Would save everyone lots of time and money.

Well, it's not a bad first approximation! The top two divisions are nearly all cities and large towns. There's only a handful of cities and very large towns in the lower leagues and most of them are "sleeping giants" like Pompey and Sheff Utd. I can only think of Rushden who made it in the football league that basically represented a village and their ground is now a Tescos.I don't like teams who buy success, never have done, and never will do.

Don't give a stuff about the other leg, my preference is for two games with lots of sendings offs and injuries.

Surely you'd rather play the team with the considerably smaller wage bill?

I'd fancy us against FGR more than Dover in the final (if we made it etc)

I'd rather play FGR than Dover personally. Dover look decent when you watch them, FGR usually look extremely average.

Looking forward to a brighter future now Fenty has gone.

So what you are saying is that you hope Braintree stuff us as our budget is likely to be way higher than theirs.
