Some of the posts on here tonight are unbelievable.

Some of you seem to have given up before a ball is kicked because our reserves lost to Tranmere.  Tranmere were in the FL last season and I bet their fans would give anything to be in our position today.

Like it or not, we are in the play offs.  None of the teams are unbeatable.  Just get behind the players and support them FFS.

Some on here seem to want us to fail so that they can be proved right about Hurst.  Get a life.  If you want us to lose, stay away.  If you want us to win, give your support unconditionally for these games.

No doubt I'll get red crossed but the Fishy has become a depressing place to visit this season.

I've got plenty of reservations about Hurst but they're being put well to the side until the season is over. Nothing but firm unrelenting support for the whole team for the next two weeks.

Nobody wants us to lose. You can't actually believe that. People will have their view and their say. That's the way it is. Come Thursday, we'll all be behind the team, hoping they turn up and justify that magnificent support.

I think a handful of people actually do! Just so they can say: "I told you so". Even if we do win there will be the inevitable jibes that we fluked it, or got lucky.

We are more likely to lose than win, every team that enters the play-offs is, that's the nature of the beast. You need a slice of luck to win any competitive football game, and you've got to win two of them to win the prize.

By saying we're going to lose people are hedging their bets because they know it's more likely to happen than not that we do lose and therefore they'll be able to crow about being "right".
