Shandy Drinker Posts: 80 Posts Per Day: 0.02 Reputation: 81.78% Rep Score: +1 / 0	In regards to the floodlights I actually bought the ones from the 1950's in around 1973, I believe Town purchased them from Blackpool second hand, there were 96 in total and in size terms they were huge something like 18in or more in diameter with the biggest bulb you ever did see!  They were all stashed away under the old Barrett stand, I had to go and see the then chairman Paddy Hamilton on the Sunday morning following a home match on the Saturday I believe we agreed on the princely sum of £75, in hindsight I wish I had kept one as a momento of the past lol, excellant photo's super memories especially good to see the pics of Bill Shankley etc and the FA Cup Semi-final.
